Rules
Ticket pricing shall be:
- Regular: Twenty dollars ($20.00) for one (1) ticket
- Discount 2: Sixty dollars ($60.00) for four (4) tickets
- Discount 3: Hundred dollars ($100.00) for six (6) tickets
Refunds:
All online ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds for online purchases issued to anyone for any reason. All tickets purchased online and entered the draw cannot be refunded, including if ticket purchasers made an error in selecting the amount of tickets they desire to purchase.
The Draw:
- Tickets will be available as soon as possible 2024 and the Final Draw will take place on January 26th, 2025 at the Rimbey Arena (5506 51 Ave, Rimbey, AB T0C 2J0) at 6:30 PM. The winning ticket will be selected via Random Number Generator (“RNG”).
The Prize:
- The Prize is a Fishing Trip to Prince Rupert, B.C. The trip is for four (4) people (Retail Value of $20,000). Two other prizes included include a home BBQ (Retail Value of $1,000) and two (2) tickets to see The Lion King in Edmonton in July 2025 (Retail Value of $750). Each Prize will be a different draw. There is not cash in lieu of the prizes.
WINNING TICKET INFO
The holder of the winning ticket will have 90 days from the time of the announcement of the winning ticket number to present the winning ticket to the 50/50 Licensee. The holder of the winning ticket may claim their prize by contacting the raffle office at [email protected]and forwarding their purchase e-mail and a copy of their government issued photo identification and address. Each prize claimant must provide Curling Alberta with all information required by provincial gaming regulations to claim a prize. The prize claimant will be required to sign a Declaration and Release (“Release”) which must be executed and returned to Curling Alberta no later than five (5) business days after his/her receipt of the Release. The winner’s name will be publicized on https://curlingalberta.ca and on various social media channels belonging to the license holder. The ACF – Alberta Curling Federation will make every reasonable effort to contact the winner.
The winner will receive details on the Fishing Trip within thirty (30) days of the winner delivering the winning Raffle Ticket, executed Release, and all other required documents to Curling Alberta. There will not be a re-draw.
