Jill Groves
Executive Director
As Executive Director, Jill provides leadership and strategic vision for Curling Alberta. She oversees day-to-day operations, supports staff and volunteers, and ensures programs and initiatives align with the organization’s mission. With a strong background in sport administration, Jill is passionate about building partnerships, enhancing member services, and growing curling at every level across the province.

Britney Andersen
Director of Operations
Britney leads the operational side of Curling Alberta, ensuring efficiency and alignment across programs, events, and member services. She plays a key role in strategic planning and execution, while supporting the staff team in delivering exceptional experiences for athletes, clubs, and fans. Her collaborative leadership style helps drive innovation and consistency in Curling Alberta’s work.

Atina Ford Johnston
Director of Club Development
Atina works closely with curling clubs across Alberta to support their growth, sustainability, and community engagement. As Director of Club Development, she provides resources, guidance, and advocacy to strengthen clubs of all sizes. With her extensive experience in sport and community development, Atina is committed to helping clubs thrive as vital community hubs.

Cori Morris
Relationship Manager, Club Development
Cori plays a key role in connecting with clubs and supporting their development. She focuses on building strong relationships with members, providing resources, and helping clubs achieve long-term success. Cori brings a passion for sport and community-building, ensuring that clubs feel supported and empowered.

Lesley McEwan
Youth Program Director
As Youth Director, Lesley leads Curling Alberta’s youth programming, guiding the next generation of curlers. She develops initiatives that inspire participation, skill development, and leadership opportunities for young athletes. Leslie’s dedication to youth sport ensures that curling remains accessible, inclusive, and fun for all ages.

Rebecca Rankin
Youth Program Coordinator
Rebecca supports the planning and delivery of Curling Alberta’s youth initiatives. From grassroots programs to competitive pathways, she helps provide opportunities for young curlers to grow in the sport. Rebecca’s organizational skills and enthusiasm ensure programs are welcoming, effective, and impactful.

Jason Ginter
Director of Player & Leadership Development
Jason oversees athlete and leadership development programs, helping curlers and coaches reach their potential. He creates pathways for growth, from grassroots to elite levels, while also supporting leadership training across the curling community. Jason is passionate about fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Michael Laderoute
Championship Coordinator
Michael is responsible for planning and delivering Curling Alberta’s championship events. From logistics to athlete experience, he ensures competitions run smoothly and showcase the best of the sport. His attention to detail and commitment to fair play help create memorable and professional championship environments.

Vicki Baird
Qualifier Coordinator
Vicki organizes and manages Curling Alberta’s qualifier events, ensuring athletes have clear and fair opportunities to advance to higher levels of competition. Her role is essential to maintaining a strong and transparent competition structure. Vicki’s dedication ensures events are well-run and athlete-focused.

Raymond Vanstone
Marketing, Raffle and Championships Coordinator
Raymond leads Curling Alberta’s marketing and communications efforts while coordinating raffle initiatives and supporting championship events. He is passionate about growing engagement, promoting the sport, and building connections with fans and partners. Tyler Tardi
Brand and Marketing Designer
Tyler brings Curling Alberta’s brand to life through creative design and visual storytelling. Accountant

Head of Curling Alberta Umpires
