Vision

Bring the joy of curling to a future generation of curlers, volunteers, fans, and employees that reflects the diversity within our communities and to build a space where everyone can play, learn and grow regardless of race, national or ethnic origin, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.

Mission

Guide Curling Alberta with establishing and implementing a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion framework that builds a safe environment, provides resources, and reduces barriers to create safe sport and employment.
 

Purpose

Develop and implement strategies for recruitment and retainment of curling members that is reflective of our communities, through focusing on governance, education and training, marketing and outreach, financial aid, and programming support for curling rinks and their communities.

Curling Alberta acknowledges it is located on the traditional, unceded territory of the ᓀᐦᐃᔭᐤ ᐊᐢᑭᕀ Nêhiyaw-Askiy (Plains Cree) people.
