Curling Alberta is pleased to announce our new application process for the 2021-22 Excel Team Program. Curling Alberta will once again select two male and two female teams in the U25 category, and three male and 3 female teams in the U20 category. Successful teams will receive benefits including on-ice access with Regional Excel Coaches (Renee Sonnenberg, Atina Ford-Johnston, and Jeff Hoffart), access to all Excel Program webinars, financial assistance (Alberta Curling Tour and sport science expenses), and much more! An added bonus for U20 teams this season will be automatic entry into Curling Alberta’s U20 Excel Cup! The Excel Program will continue to host U18 and U20 Excel Skills Camps, with a major change being that this year, there will be camps open to any team outside of the Excel Team Program.
