Starting in the fall of 2025, the Oliver Curling Club, located in the beautiful south Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, is seeking an ice technician. Job responsibilities include ice installation mid September, care and maintenance of the playing surfaces throughout the season running from early October to mid to late March. Applicants should have curling ice making and maintenance experience. A Level 1 Curling Ice Technician Certificate would be an asset, however consideration will be given to those who have curling experience. Training will be available. The club is a four-sheet curling facility hosting day and evening draws Monday to Friday and several bonspiels throughout the season. This is a contract position with WCB coverage. Remuneration will be based on experience and certificates.
