This year, Curling Alberta is running 4 Under-18 development camps. These camps are intended for U18 curlers at the Learn to Compete stage of their development. Camps will be designed and facilitated by ACP Teaching Professionals. Athletes will be given expert instruction, and coaches will receive mentorship opportunities.
Cost: Individual athlete registration ($150 per athlete), coaches free.
Who: U-18 curlers of any gender who want to improve their curling skills. Max 24 athletes per camp
When: Saville Centre: Oct 18 & Dec 20 and Okotoks CC: Nov 15 & Feb 21
Curlers may register as a team, and all team coaches may join at no additional charge.
Note: You can choose to attend 1-4 of the U-18 camps. However, the 1st camp at the Saville Centre will be structured in the same way as the 1st camp at Okotoks Curling Club, and the 2nd camp at the Saville Centre will will be structured in the same way as the 2nd camp at Okotoks Curling Club.
