This season, Curling Alberta will host four U21 Development Camps for athletes in the Learn to Compete stage, providing U15–U20 curlers with opportunities to develop their skills in a high-performance training environment.
Led by Curling Alberta’s High Performance Coaches, these one-day development camps focus on helping young curlers improve their technical and tactical skills, while also providing valuable learning and mentorship opportunities for coaches.
What to Expect
Athletes attending the U21 Development Camps will have the opportunity to:
- Develop technical and tactical curling skills
- Learn from Curling Alberta’s High Performance Coaches
- Train in a high-performance development environment
- Gain valuable experience to support their progression in the sport
The camps also provide coaches with mentorship and professional development opportunities, helping them support athletes as they progress through the Learn to Compete stage.
Who Can Attend?
U15–U20 curlers who are looking to develop their skills and gain experience in a high-performance training environment are encouraged to attend.
Coaches are also encouraged to attend alongside their teams at no additional cost.
Camp Cost
Athlete Registration: $150 per athlete
